Parcels going to the EU from Northern Ireland do not require any customs or taxes to be paid, due to Northern Ireland being in the EU for goods. Known as the Windsor Framework.

During the early stages of Brexit, parcels to the EU was slow and we had some issues with returns due to customs in some countries not knowing the new rules. 

Now most of these issues has been resolved, for EU orders our parcels go via Dublin, this ensures that your parcel will not be caught up in customs and avoids delays related to customs. 

We use both DPD and our main shipping partner Royal Mail, Royal mail parcels now go via Dublin as before they did not.
