UK & Ireland Delivery Options.
We operate this website as a 'mail order' service. In order to maintain our competitive prices and quick service, order collections are only possible on a pre-arranged time / date.

Orders placed to the value of £25 & over to UK & Northern Ireland will receive free carriage, and your order would be shipped via 24 or 48 Hour courier, we do also offer fast next day services that is chargeable, these are priced below what we get charged.

UK Islands & off shore Islands may incur a surcharge, if we cannot send your item by Royal Mail and we have to use a courier service. We will contact you if this is the case to advise a price. This will always be priced below what we will be charged. 
Orders placed to the value of £100 & over will receive free carriage to Ireland.

  4. Please note that 24 Hour does not mean your order will arrive next day as we cannot always get the orders out in time before the courier arrives. But we will try our best. Some parts of Scotland would be 2/3 days and may have to be sent with DPD
  5. Northern Ireland & Rep of Ireland: We use DPD couriers & Royal Mail.

Royal Mail:
Please allow 1-2 days for Royal Mail 24 & Royal Mail Tracked 24 for deliveries and up to 15 days for European destinations. Worldwide deliveries can take up to 30 days however most deliveries will arrive much earlier than this. 

Please note that Royal Mail tracked 24 is a next day delivery aim only, and most parcels do arrive the next day, but this service is not a guaranteed next day service. The only next day guarantee is Royal Mail special delivery. For some areas of Scotland & Isles may take longer. 

Special Delivery: Excludes Sundays, Please check the Royal mail website to make sure that your area is covered by next day delivery, this would include for example some higher parts of Scotland and some Islands.

EU Countries:

As northern Ireland has remained in the EU customs union for goods, we can ship your orders as before Brexit, there is no custom charges from Northern Ireland. We ship via Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL.

International Rates outside the EU.
For all other international countries, any orders with a weight over 2kgs you would need to contact us first for a quote. This will ensure we can give you the best possible price. If you try to purchase a product over 2kgs this will be rejected unless we have a shipping rate setup for your country.

We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all goods on the same day as we receive your order. As most orders are sent using postage which requires a signature we would ask that you please provide a shipping address where a signature can be obtained.

Please select the shipping service that best suits your needs. We would recommend a tracked service for your peace of mind, so you can track progress of your order. Please always keep check on the tracking so you do not miss your parcel, as this then may end up being returned back to us.


Returns
Goods which were wrongly ordered or no longer required

We offer a no quibble return policy on all goods returned within 14 days of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee however all return postage costs are at the buyers expense unless we have sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, in that case we will cover returns once we have tested the returned item and determined this to be at fault. If you require replacement part(s) any delivery costs maybe chargeable.

For parcels that has been purchased wrong or no longer required, we do reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from any refund, even if the invoice / order does not show any postage costs, as shipping costs keep rising, this is not something we can cover especially if your order has been sent via a courier service or a tracked service. 

For non-stocked orders, orders that we have had to order in from our suppliers, we may have to charge a restocking fee if our suppliers charge us. We may also have to charge shipping to return this back to our suppliers. We will inform you by email in the case.

All returns should be made in accordance with the guidance below.

Damaged or incorrectly sent part(s)

We take great care to ensure that all orders are sent out correct however in the unlikely case you receive a part which is either damaged or not as ordered we promise to rectify the problem swiftly. Please contact us by email to let us know the issue where any action will be fully agreed with yourself. Having discussed with us the problem and a return having been agreed, we will refund any reasonable return delivery costs to us and replacements, if necessary, sent out to you at our expense.

Please include a copy invoice with your returns or your name and address and telephone number so we can identify your order quickly. Refunds / Replacements is normally handled the same day return has been received back to us.
Refunds to card payments may take a few workings days to arrive into your bank account.
